This coastal residence tucked above the golf course on Mt Soledad in La Jolla, California, designed by Matrix Design Studio in collaboration with architect Claude-Anthony Marengo, embodies luxury architecture with panoramic ocean views and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-concept layout features a Poliform glass faced-kitchen with integrated Gaggenau appliances, contemporary wood cabinetry, and a dramatic stone island, complemented by furniture from Poliform and Roche Bobois. Spa-like bathrooms highlight fixtures by Antoniolupi and hand-crafted Bizzazza mosaic tiles, while a sculptural blue resin tub serves as a centerpiece. Throughout the interiors, client-sourced vintage silk rugs from Shiraz add cultural richness and global character to the modern Mediterranean palette. With IPE wood decking, an infinity-edge pool, and uninterrupted Pacific vistas, this residence reflects Matrix Design Studio’s expertise in crafting timeless, high-end homes across La Jolla and Southern California.
